"The proposed development will be built on the present site of the LaSalle St. Station, Terminal Bldg. and tracks running for 3 blocks to the south. The land will be purchased and the terminal and tracks removed. Part of the Development will also be built over the Eisenhower Exp....the complete study of the transportation system for downtown Chicago, and the sites proximity to the transportation, is enclosed." Pencil notes in the "Economic Study" challenge some of the math. 27.5 cm; 16 pp.; illustrated from photographs, plans, and drawings. A very good copy in plastic comb-bound wrappers.
