A collection of reproductions of Nowicki’s sketches and designs, and photographs of his built projects. Nowicki was a Russian-born and Warsaw-trained architect who eventually settled in the US and was associated with the planning of Chandigarh, various projects in North Carolina, and the Brandeis campus. Since his death in a 1950 plane crash Nowicki has enjoyed the status of a neglected genius. With text by Barucki. Text in Polish. 21.5 cm; 30 pp.; illustrated from photographs and drawings.
