She examines many Manhattan neighborhoods and lists their good points and advantages, typical apartments, rents, etc., and if the housing stock issuitable for single tenants or families. A few neighborhoods in the outer boroughs are included, as well as "Garden Apartment Centers" in Queens, which she calls Long Island. No information on Harlem, the Lower East Side, or Hell's Kitchen. 23 cm; 62 pp.; illustrated from photographs, drawings, subway map, and cartoon map of the city on the wrappers.
