Kansas City: The Author, 1976. First edition. Oblong 4to; 18 pp.; illustrated form photographs, plans, and drawings. A very good copy in original plastic comb-bound wrappers. A proposal for a mixed residential and commercial development project on Quality Hill in KC’s central business district. This plan went nowhere; according to Wikipedia all of Garfinkel’s accumulated housing stock mysteriously burned down. An interesting piece for its images of Quality Hill. Incidentally a catalog of every bad typeface designed in the 70’s. Item #010504
