A few spots to endpapers; some offsetting from lithographs to facing pages; tear to front joint; soiling to Japanese vellum-covered boards; lacks figural medallion to front cover; else a good copy or better. 1922 prospectus for the Illinois Merchants Bank Building by Graham, Anderson & Probst, completed in 1924, with history, lithographs of the building, floor plans for prospective tenants, etc. Fairly elaborate for this kind of thing.
