Wills's first book, this dealing with all aspects of building a smaller house in 1940. Showing a variety of styles from colonial to modern. Wills's genius was to combine the two--with aspects of the traditional and modern conveniences and features, economically priced. Spotting to covers and rear endpapers; contents clean and unmarked. A good copy in gilt-stamped green cloth, lacking the dust jacket.
