Rosch was a professional photographer in White Plains and he has thoroughly surveyed the houses, churches, schools, parks, and wild areas of the rapidly growing town as it existed at the turn of the century. The text, with optimistic boosterish prose, is anonymous, but might be Rosch's--he was White Plains's unofficial amatuer historian a few decades later. Scarce. First edition.
