The Vinzoni family were cartographers active in Italy in the 18th century. Detailed and decorated color maps of the regions of 1773 Genova, with written descriptions, elevations of some buildings, landscapes, seascapes, etc. First edition thus, #1893 of 2010 copies. 33.5 cm; unpaged [approx. 300]; illustrated, to say the least. Wear to foot of backstrip; soiling to gilt-stamped japanese vellum boards; owner's stamp to front endpaper; spotting to endpapers; contents bright and fine.
