The heads of Timken, a company building motor vehicle axles, knew where the future lay and promoted this vision with stylized drawings by designer Lurelle Guild originally through a series of ads in "Time". This large color catalog reproduces ten of Guild's drawings, with information about the company and its plans for the future. 27 x 35.5 cm; 36 pp.; illustrated from drawings and photographs. Top half of every page with moisture stain; a fair copy only in plastic-comb bound pictorial wrappers, with breaks to comb. Scarce, no copies for sale or listed on OCLC.
