1932 Rental prospectus for this Minneapolis skyscraper, designed by Gottlieb R. Magney in tribute to the Washington Monument. The opening of the building in 1929 was followed shortly by the Crash, and by Wilbur Foshay's involuntary relocation to Leavenworth, KS. This 1932 prospectus promotes its modernity and rental value. With a color cover showing the Tower from Loring Park, die-cut interior leaves, photographs of interiors and exteriors, and a die-cut rear cover offering a view of Minneapolis from your new office.
