A very good copy in original wrappers. Color plates show a house at Flatbush by architect H.J. Harris of New York City, and a "Cottage" at Monmouth Beach, NJ by architect T. A Roberts & Sons of Newark. Color plates from these issues are useful in determining contemporary colors used in the exterior decoration of houses. Item #010824
